How BrandDesk differs from a regular AI chat

BrandDesk is already where your work happens

With a regular AI chat, you have to bring your materials over every time. BrandDesk works in Telegram, draws on connected sources, and keeps project context between tasks.

BrandDesk works by the best practices of experienced marketers, SMM specialists, copywriters, designers, and video editors. And we keep track of new AI tools: we test them and update the agent’s capabilities, so you don’t have to figure out every new service. BrandDesk strengthens you and your team but doesn’t take away control. You set the limits: posts and important actions happen after your “yes”, and client replies go out automatically under approved rules or through approval.

01

What you can send

Just drop everything in the chat

By text, voice, or file

Write a couple of lines, dictate a thought, send a photo, video, document, or link. BrandDesk reads connected chats and doesn’t ask you to gather everything again each time.

Materials and data from your services

Connect Google Drive, email, CRM, 1C, iCloud, GetCourse, and Google Calendar. BrandDesk will find the materials, products, requests, and meetings a task needs.

  • 1C
  • iCloud
  • GetCourse
02

What it will remember

No need to explain everything again

Remembers what you agreed on

A week or several months later, BrandDesk will find the decision you need in the conversation and pick up where you left off.

Files stay at hand

Books, documents, and work materials stay in the project’s cloud. BrandDesk searches right inside them and brings back the fragment you need instead of asking you to upload the file again.

03

What you get

The output is finished work

A file you can use right away

Need a spreadsheet? It makes an XLSX. A presentation? PPTX. A document, PDF, or image also comes as a finished file.

From analysis to publishing

Connect the social networks you need. BrandDesk will look at what’s happening there, prepare a post, and publish it after your “yes”.

Video, images, and analytics

It will edit a video, add subtitles, edit an image, and apply your style. Then it will collect post metrics and show what worked.

04

Automation

Does it on schedule by itself

Tell it once what to do and when. After that BrandDesk runs the task by itself, no reminders needed.

Morning briefings

Gathers news, messages, and metrics into one short overview and sends it in the morning.

Regular reports

Prepares a document or spreadsheet by the day you choose and sends it to where you work.

Checks and reminders

Checks data, reminds you of what matters, and lets you know if something has changed.

05

Security

Your data is protected

Each project runs separately. Data from different clients doesn’t mix or end up in other people’s tasks.

Not used for training

AI models don’t train on your files and conversations. They receive only what’s needed for the specific task.

Access for your people only

Stored data is encrypted. Only authorized members can enter a project.

Team permissions

You decide who sees what and which connected services they can use.

06

Sales loop

From data to an accurate client reply

BrandDesk connects what it knows about the client and the product so that each reply accounts for the situation, the history, and what you actually sell.

Builds a client profile

Combines messages, inquiries, purchases, interests, agreements, and other data you give it.

Knows products and offers

Collects specs, prices, terms, and restrictions. On that basis it prepares accurate replies for your clients.

From full AI to advisor mode

Once set up, BrandDesk can reply by itself under approved rules, prepare replies for approval, or only suggest the next step.

Tell me what takes up your time. I’ll show you what BrandDesk can take on.

Still not sure?

Here’s how we use BrandDesk ourselves.

We built the landing page from scratch. BrandDesk already had the context. It all started with a voice message one of the founders recorded on a walk in the park.

“We need a new landing page. Look through our work chats, code, and brand materials. Figure out what we actually do and build the whole first version: from the structure to a finished page.”

After a few iterations we had a finished landing page. BrandDesk deployed each version itself, so the page updated right after edits. We opened the link on a phone, looked at the result, and sent the next voice message.

We didn’t prepare a separate brief for BrandDesk or gather materials into one folder. Everything needed was already in work chats and code. All we had left to do was look at the result and say what to change.
